Who I am

Diego Bauer.

Founder of AI with Diego. Designer, builder, and the human craft behind every AIwDOS install.

My Story

The short version.

Twelve years designing software. The last three building with AI every day. AIwDOS is what I wished existed when I was running my own messy stack, so I built it, and now I install it for businesses who'd rather skip the years of trial and error.

I started in product design, doing UX, brand, the whole stack., but somewhere along the way I stopped handing off designs and started shipping them myself.

When LLMs got good enough to actually do work, I went all in. Spent two years rebuilding my entire personal stack around an AI operating system. Memory, automations, channels, the whole thing. Live with it daily.

AIwDOS is that system, productised. Five layers, one kernel, your AI team. The version I ship to clients is the version I use myself, every day. I give my clients the best, so they can do the exact same things I do.

How I work

The non-negotiables.

Four principles that shape every AIwDOS install. They're how I'd want someone to work with me, so they're how I work with you.

01

Your stack. Your data.

Everything I build, you own. Code in your GitHub. Data in your Supabase. Memory in your account. If we stopped working together tomorrow, AIwDOS keeps running for you.

02

No black box.

You see every line of code, every workflow, every prompt. If something breaks, I don't say 'the AI did it' — I show you exactly what happened and why.

03

Hand-tuned, not templated.

Every install is built around your business. Same 5-layer methodology, completely different result depending on what you do. The Audit is how we figure that out together.

04

Honest scope.

If you don't need AIwDOS, I'll tell you on the discovery call. Sometimes the right answer is one or two automations and nothing more. I'd rather lose a deal than oversell.

The stack

What I actually use.

I eat my own dog food. Here's what's actually running on my own AIwDOS install. The same building blocks I use for client work, and I'm always researching for new tech that can make the OS more efficient.
